2026 Annual Gathering
MWGO’s 2026 Annual Gathering will be held on Sunday, Oct 25, 2026 at the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center in Brunswick (click here for directions).
As in previous years, we will hold our Quarterly Board Meeting via Zoom on the fourth Tuesday, which will be Tue Oct 27. This will leave more time on the day of the meeting for our membership to partake in the events and activities of the day. We have a morning full of activities planned, so we’re going to call the whole day our Annual Gathering, which will include the Annual Meeting in the afternoon.
The day will run from 9am to 4pm, with activities in the morning and a round table discussion and the Annual Meeting itself in the afternoon. Lunch, catered by Wild Oats, is included in the registration fee for the day.
For those unable to attend the day in person but wishing to participate in the Annual Meeting in the afternoon, a virtual option via Zoom will be available.
$30 for Members or $35 for Non-Members (Lunch is included)
