Dwayne Tomah, is Language Keeper for the Passamaquoddy Tribe.  He will lead a 90 minute presentation and discussion on the The Doctrine of Discovery from an Indigenous perspective.  During the session participants will gain a deep understanding of the experiences of the Wabanaki peoples and be able to integrate this information into their guiding practices with the confidence that they are talking about the Wabanaki peoples in ways that are both accurate and respectful.

Due to the dynamic and interactive nature of the presentation, the keynote presentation will only be available to in-person attendees.
